Knox Engler is a multi-instrumentalist based in Washington DC. With over 20 years of performance experience, Knox is a musical force who devotes immense passion and relentless work ethic to his craft. 

Knox launched his music career in 2014 when he began playing in a variety of bands that performed everything from Classic Rock, to Jazz and even some original Progressive Rock and Metal music. Knox prides himself on his versatility as an artist. He is a capable musician across the spectrum of musical styles and genres. 

Knox Earned his degree in music from UNC Chapel Hill in 2019 where he specialized in guitar performance. This program encouraged Knox’s musical growth in a multitude of ways and gave him the confidence and ability to play at the professional level. In addition to his performance studies, Knox earned a Masters in Audio Technology from American University in 2022. 

Since completing his formal education, Knox has been playing and performing non-stop both in a number of notable bands and as a solo artist. Knox has done significant regional touring and performed at some of the premier music venues on the East Coast including The Cats Cradle, The Bowery Electric and many more.
